- 1 Banana
- 1 tablespoon of Activia Yogurt or Greek Yogurt (Vanilla Flavoured, optional)
- 1/4 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 Blender or Magic Bullet
